Exciting role in a wonderful business! Looking for an Ecommerce Manager who can optimise and improve their websites, whilst also launching into new countries. This is predominantly a B2B business with an element of B2C.

The Role
Some of the things you can expect to be working on:
- Own and optimise their current sites across the UK and US, driving conversion and sales (more sales means lower prices - meaning more children being educated!)
- Establish and launch new Shopify sites in global markets.
- Work with global distributors to establish fulfilment centres and systems for each new e store.
- Introduce promotions to allow their ambassadors to earn from referrals.
- And more! Plenty of challenges to get stuck into, and new ideas to bring!
You
This is a role for someone who is passionate about children’s education, with the ecom and technical abilities to develop their offering. You’ll need:
- 4+ years’ experience in a B2B ecommerce optimisation role – with a proven track record in delivering growth.
- Experience with the technical side - systems, fulfilment, integrations etc is a plus (but can be helped with internal resource)
- Experience launching sites into global markets.
- Experience with Shopify preferred.
- Experience in the education (or books) sector is necessary.
- The technical knowledge and ability to facilitate global distributor and fulfilment growth.
- A genuine passion for the education sector is crucial.
